All prices include 17.5% VAT (except for children's hats and slippers), and in quoted in pounds sterling.

Postage and packing is £3.50, for any order inside mainland UK. For other orders, please contact us for a quote.

All these items are hand-made, not factory-made, and each one is unique. Therefore there will always be small differences between what you receive and what was photographed.

Returns policy: If something isn't to your liking for any reason, you can return it within ten days, stating whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. Later returns will not be accepted. The goods must be in their original wrapping and in a suitable condition for resale. Clothes must not have been worn. Opened packages of pierced earrings, grooming or kitchen products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
Please be sure you get a proof of posting: we cannot be held responsible if your returned goods do not arrive here.

Under the 'Distance Selling Regulations 2000' you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt, providing you inform us of your cancellation within those 7 days.

We always try to complete your order as soon as possible, but please allow up to ten days for completion. We will always contact you if there is any other delay.
